Love playing at this extremely friendly golf club and not a bunker in sight. The cows are an added interest but they seem to realise when they occasionally get in your way and they move on. The food is excellent, altogether a great experience. In October a group from Henbury went for a golfing day and everyone made sure we had an excellent time. Looking forward to returning."

"I thought I would just drop you a note to express the views of the entire party following our visit to your club and course. We all had a tremendous time, helped in no small way by the attention and courteous manner which we were all treated to by your team at the Old Course.

The course was in super condition despite the trials and tribulations you must have had with the extremely dry and hot weather and even the local bovine residents were kind enough not to hinder us too much.

A special thanks must go of course to the caterer for her superb food, ready wit and character. It is very refreshing for us to enjoy people who are 'out of the mould'. A special thanks of course also must go to you for allowing us to play from the whites and whilst the competition was fierce it was the course yet again which narrowly defeated us!

If you will have us we all look forward to seeing you again next year at about the same time, God willing, as all my playing partners were unanimous in wishing to repeat the experience. See you next year and give our thanks to everyone please.
